Job summary

BRUSH Group is seeking a Construction Manager for Scotland-based projects with on-site presence at multiple locations. You will oversee site construction activities, coordinate teams, and ensure readiness for energisation and handovers across projects in the Northeast Scotland, Sutherland and Caithness areas.

The role requires deep CDM/HSE knowledge, a relevant qualification or equivalent experience, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Relevant construction management qualification or demonstrable equivalent experience.
• Experience leading site teams, subcontractors and multi-front construction work.
• Strong understanding of CDM, HSE standards and quality compliance.
• Full UK driving licence and site-based delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads site construction activities aligning with programme and design specs.
• Monitor progress, identify blockers, and implement resolutions promptly.
• Coordinate sequencing, resources and on-site interfaces with stakeholders.
• Ensure readiness for energisation, inspections and handovers across sites.
• Support safety culture and drive continuous improvement on mobilisation.
