Job summary

Nrl is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead a major compressor station project in Wormington, Gloucestershire. The role focuses on safe delivery, programme attainment and effective site leadership across multi-site, hybrid working patterns.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will manage site teams, coordinate subcontractors and ensure alignment with NEC-like contract requirements, driving delivery from pre-construction into 2030 and beyond.

Qualifications

• Extensive Construction Manager experience on large-scale EPC projects.
• Experience in UK heavy civils/gas infrastructure preferred.
• Proven track record in safety, programme and site leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead all site construction activities and ensure safety, quality and environmental compliance.
• Plan and coordinate construction programmes and resource deployment.
• Coordinate interfaces between engineering, procurement, commissioning and stakeholders.
• Provide site leadership, reporting and progress updates to the Project Leadership Team.
