Job summary

The NRL Group is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead a major £200 million compressor station project in Wormington, Gloucestershire. You will oversee site delivery, safety, programming and stakeholder engagement from pre-construction through to long-term execution.

Ideally you have extensive experience in UK high‑value EPC projects, NEC contracts familiarity, and hold recognised safety qualifications such as SMSTS or IOSH.

Qualifications

• Requires proven leadership of large EPC projects.
• Experience delivering UK gas infrastructure projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of NEC or similar contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe delivery of construction works and manage site teams.
• Plan and coordinate programme activities to meet milestones.
• Coordinate interfaces between engineering, procurement and construction.
• Engage with stakeholders and clients to align delivery requirements.
