NRL Group seeks an experienced Construction Manager to lead a £200 million Compressor Station project in Wormington, Gloucestershire. The role sits in the Major Projects team and requires safe delivery, programme control and expert site leadership on a large-scale EPC contract.

You will manage multi-site operations, coordinate contractors and stakeholders, maintain schedules and ensure compliance with NEC-like contracts and safety standards across the UK regional sites.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large-scale EPC projects in heavy civils or gas infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of safety, health and environment requirements and quality standards.
• Proven ability to manage multiple interfaces, subcontractors and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage all site construction activities at Wormington and multi-site locations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality requirements; implement safe systems of work.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors and site supervision teams; deliver the project to time and budget.
• Engage with Project Leadership Team and Client representatives to align delivery with objectives.
