Job summary

Bovis is seeking an experienced Procurement & Commercial Manager in London to oversee procurement strategy, contract administration and commercial risk controls for major projects. You will manage subcontract packages, supervise change control, and coordinate with client teams to ensure value and timely delivery.

The role requires a Chartered qualification and a track record delivering large-scale projects in a contract-driven environment. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

Demonstrates ability to manage contracts and procurement processes end-to-end.
Experience with JCT, NEC, Construction Management and Management Contracting Contracts.

Responsibilities

Procure work packages in line with the Project Procurement Strategy.
Liaise with Client teams per contract to ensure alignment.
Manage supply chain relationships for consistent procurement.
Oversee interim payments, cost reporting and final accounts.
Lead in incident-free safety, quality, and project delivery.
