Job summary

Bovis in the United Kingdom is recruiting a procurement professional to lead and manage project procurement from strategy to contract close. You will oversee scoping, value-for-money buying, and commercial reporting while liaising with the Client team to ensure alignment with the contract.

You will manage supply chain relationships, apply risk controls and ensure payment processes, early warning of issues, and timely final accounts, delivering safe, efficient projects that meet client

Qualifications

• CSCS card holder
• Professional construction qualifications relevant to the role
• Chartered MRICS or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Procure the project in line with approved strategy; ensure orders are fully scoped, bought at best value and contracted appropriately.
• Liaise with the Client team in accordance with the contract.
• Manage supply chain relationships for a coordinated procurement approach.
• Implement and manage commercial, legal, insurance and risk controls (including OLi and PMTR/PID).
• Prepare accurate commercial reporting and contract administration; manage interim payments, change accounts, cashflows and final accounts.
• Deliver the project safely, on time, efficiently and sustainably while meeting targets and client expectations.
• Enhance the reputation of the business through high-quality delivery.
