Job summary

Marks & Spencer plc is seeking an Operations Manager for the Connectivity (Network) team to continually improve service delivery and drive commercial value while ensuring high availability and security across M&S sites.

You will bridge engineering with strategy and vendor management, leading engineers and partners through escalations and driving service quality and continuous improvement across the support function.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise network operations and large-scale connectivity environments.
• Familiar with ITIL/ITSM disciplines and performance reporting.
• Strong incident, problem and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation, availability and stability of the M&S network platform.
• Manage incidents, problems and changes with technical leadership during escalations.
• Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver performance and governance.
• Develop and improve operational processes, monitoring, and KPI frameworks.
• Champion continuous improvement for reliability, security, and cost-effectiveness.
