Job summary

DAC Beachcroft is seeking a Conflict Analyst or Senior Conflict Analyst in Leeds. You will support client acceptance decisions by analysing conflicts of interest, sanctions searches, and information barriers in a regulated setting. You will work with the OGC and legal teams to identify risks and ensure data quality within SLA timelines.

The role offers development within a central conflicts team and opportunities for progression, with flexible working considerations discussed during hiring.

Qualifications

• Law degree or related compliance experience.
• Experience gathering and analysing information in a methodical way.
• Ability to meet competing deadlines and stay organised.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with colleagues at all levels.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Intapp knowledge is desirable but not essential.
• Demonstrates initiative and proactivity.
• Good team player.

Responsibilities

• Perform conflict and sanctions check searches using the Intapp system.
• Analyse potential information conflict issues in line with regulation and common law.
• Collaborate with legal teams to obtain relevant information.
• Identify wider commercial risk at client acceptance and conflict checks.
• Escalate issues to Office of General Counsel when needed.
• Assist in implementing information barriers.
• Ensure consistent data entry into Intapp.
• Work within SLA timescales.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of SRA Code of Conduct rules.
