• Experience collaborating across underwriting, claims, operations and distribution.

• Own and evolve the conduct risk and Consumer Duty framework.
• Shape product governance and fair value through the product lifecycle.
• Turn customer data into insights to identify risks and drive action.
• Build monitoring and assurance with clear evidence for oversight.
• Partner across functions to strengthen governance and reporting.
