Rokstone Group Ltd in London is seeking a Senior Underwriting Excellence & Governance Analyst to lead the development and oversight of our Underwriting Governance Control Framework. You will ensure activities stay within authority, policies, standards and risk appetite, and provide senior management with clear insight into governance effectiveness.

Strong analytical capability to identify themes and trends in underwriting data.
Experience applying governance frameworks, policies, standards and controls.
Proven ability to develop governance MI, dashboards and reporting for senior management.
Ability to challenge processes and constructively influence stakeholders.

Responsabilités

Develop, maintain underwriting governance MI, dashboards and indicators.
Analyze data to identify themes, root causes and control weaknesses.
Produce regular reporting for senior management and governance committees.
Coordinate underwriting authority framework administration (issuance, amendment, renewal, withdrawal).
Monitor adherence to authorities and governance controls, escalate material exceptions.
Embed governance controls within ATOMX, leveraging automation and workflow design.
Collaborate with underwriters to simplify and improve processes and controls.
Promote consistent underwriting standards and a culture of governance across portfolios.
