Job summary

Rokstone Group Ltd in London seeks a Conduct Risk and Product Governance Specialist to own the conduct risk framework and lead the product governance lifecycle across its UK & Ireland operations.

You will oversee Consumer Duty, fair value assessments and target market alignment, collaborating with underwriting, operations and compliance to deliver credible challenge and governance reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in conduct risk, product governance, Consumer Duty or regulatory compliance within insurance or financial services.
• Practical knowledge of FCA expectations relating to product governance, fair value, customer outcomes and the Consumer Duty.
• Experience owning or contributing to product approval, product review, fair value assessment and conduct monitoring processes.
• Ability to interpret regulatory expectations and convert them into practical, evidence-based business arrangements.
• Experience preparing governance papers, MI and reporting for senior stakeholders or committees.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the conduct risk framework, standards and procedures for the UK & Ireland business.
• Lead the ongoing development of Consumer Duty arrangements, including outcome monitoring and board support.
• Develop conduct risk indicators and customer outcome measures across underwriting, claims, distribution and operations.
• Identify emerging conduct themes, control weaknesses and customer harm, ensuring escalation and resolution.
• Coordinate product approval and review activity, with evidence-based decision-making and action tracking.
