Rokstone Group Ltd in London is seeking an experienced Underwriting Review & Assurance Lead to design, deliver Rokstone's underwriting framework and audit lifecycle. You will lead peer reviews, file reviews, and assurance activities to improve quality, consistency and compliance with standards.

You will partner with underwriting, IT, risk and operations to strengthen controls and governance, with a hybrid working model and clear development opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in underwriting governance, quality assurance, audit, or technical underwriting.
• Strong understanding of underwriting processes, delegated authority, and controls.
• Experience conducting file reviews, assurance testing, or technical audits.
• Knowledge of specialty insurance products and underwriting governance expectations.
• Ability to work credibly with underwriters and senior stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Lead the design and delivery of Rokstone's underwriting review and assurance framework.
• Oversee end-to-end audit lifecycle across Rokstone.
• Deliver independent underwriting reviews across products and territories.
• Identify control weaknesses and opportunities to improve underwriting quality.
• Coordinate internal and external underwriting audits with key stakeholders.
• Present findings and remediation progress to senior management and governance committees.
• Collaborate with IT, Risk, Compliance and Operations to strengthen controls.
• Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement in underwriting.
