Southampton Harbour Hotel & Spa is seeking an experienced Head Concierge to lead the Front of House team and deliver our five‑star guest experience. You will oversee the Concierge team, ensuring guests receive a warm, professional and personalised welcome from arrival through departure.

The role involves coordinating luggage, taxis, reservations and local experiences, with close collaboration across Reception, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and Spa to ensure seamless service in a busy luxury

Formación

• Experience in concierge, guest relations or front office within luxury hospitality.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of local area and attractions is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, motivate and develop the Concierge team, ensuring consistently high standards of service.
• Take ownership of the guest journey from arrival to departure, reflecting five-star standards.
• Welcome guests personally and ensure a warm, professional, personalised experience.
• Coordinate luggage arrivals, departures, storage and deliveries with care and efficiency.
• Assist guests with taxis, transfers, local recommendations, restaurant bookings and experiences.
• Maintain knowledge of Southampton, New Forest, restaurants and attractions.
• Work with Reception, Housekeeping, F&B, Spa and Management for seamless service.
• Handle VIP, repeat and special occasion arrivals with appropriate arrangements.
• Support during peak periods, cruise days and busy arrival/departure times.
• Ensure clear communication of guest requests between departments.
