Starling Bank is seeking a Senior Compliance Officer to act as a key part of the 2LoD, delivering expert regulatory advice and robust oversight across the bank's operations. You will challenge the first line and ensure the business meets regulatory obligations while driving customer outcomes.

You will build strong relationships with 1LoD, contribute to the development of compliance frameworks, and oversee reporting and approvals for promotions, with a focus on Consumer Duty, SMCR, outsourcing

• Provide regulatory compliance advice across all products, services and activities.
• Build strong relationships with 1LoD to foster collaboration with the business.
• Contribute to development/implementation of conduct risk and compliance frameworks.
• Oversee monthly compliance reporting and approve financial promotions.
