A UK bank is seeking a Senior Conduct & Compliance Oversight Officer for a 12-month fixed-term contract in London. The successful candidate will provide oversight over first line defense teams to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations. Responsibilities include delivering oversight reviews, building relationships within the team, and writing findings clearly. Strong communication and analytical skills are key for this role, along with a good knowledge of relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a 2LoD Oversight or 3LoD Internal Audit role is preferred but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Deliver thematic Conduct & Compliance Oversight reviews.
• Write up findings related to oversight reviews promptly.
• Build strong relationships with 1LoD for collaboration.
• Support team members in compliance reviews.
