Starling Bank is seeking a Senior Compliance Officer to strengthen its second line of defence. You will guide 1LoD teams with expert regulatory advice, oversee conduct risk frameworks and ensure customer outcomes meet requirements.

The role focuses on Consumer Duty, SMCR, outsourcing, governance and governance mapping, with a proactive, collaborative approach across product lines and senior stakeholders. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract in London.

Qualificações

• Deep knowledge of relevant laws and standards (BCOBs, CONC, PSD2, SYSC, MCOBs).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to identify and assess conduct and compliance risks.
• Ability to interpret business knowledge and apply regulatory guidance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide regulatory and conduct compliance advice to 1LoD/business teams.
• Develop and implement conduct risk and compliance frameworks and policies.
• Approve and sign off on financial promotions and SMF applications.
