Job summary

Take Five Healthcare is a Gloucester-based agency providing health and social care staffing across Gloucestershire. We seek experienced Senior Support Workers for varied shifts, including day, night and weekends, with opportunities for progression and pre-booked assignments.

You will support vulnerable adults in supported living and in-home settings, collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure dignity, safety and effective personal care. Training and uniform are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 16 hours per week commitment.
• Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2 in HSC or equivalent.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Compassionate, reliable and able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support adults in daily tasks in supported/independent living settings.
• Assist with personal care, mobility and meal support as required.
• Promote wellbeing through social and physical activities.
• Maintain hygiene, safety and dignity during care provision.
• Report changes in health and liaise with healthcare professionals.
