Superior Healthcare is seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our team across Kent, London and the South East. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible shifts and comprehensive training.

You will deliver person-centred care, assist with personal care, medications, moving and handling, and work collaboratively with nurses and clinical educators to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• 6 months minimum UK care experience
• Full UK right to work
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Enhanced DBS check and professional references

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional person-centred care for clients
• Ensure safeguarding procedures and company policies are followed
• Support clients with personal care and administer medication
• Move and handle clients, with or without hoists
• Be supportive, calm and understanding
