Job summary

Take Five Healthcare in Gloucestershire is seeking experienced Support Workers to deliver compassionate care in supported living and home settings. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to support daily tasks and activities, including personal care and mobility assistance.

Requirements include at least 16 hours per week, Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2 in HSC, and strong communication. Opportunities for progression and a flexible, supportive team are offered.

Qualifications

• Be committed to work at least 16 hours per week.
• Hold qualifications such as Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2 in HSC (experience also valued).
• Demonstrate reliable time management and compassionate communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and dressing with dignity.
• Safely aid mobility using appropriate techniques and equipment.
• Collaborate with team to perform moving and handling tasks.
• Assist with meals and feeding when required.
• Support engagement in social and physical activities for wellbeing.
• Monitor health status and report changes promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in all areas.
• Assist with day trips and shopping trips as needed.
