Staff Partners in Gloucester is seeking Mental Health Support Workers with a passion for delivering outstanding care. You will provide compassionate support to individuals with mental health conditions and work across various sites in the area.

Role involves ad hoc and block bookings, quick and free compliance, and the chance to join a team with strong local hospital connections. Flexible shifts and reliable communication are valued.

Qualifications

• Must have in-date PMVA certificate (within last 12 months).
• Minimum 6 months of Mental Health experience in the UK.
• Live local to Gloucester or nearby area.
• Knowledge of the Mental Health Act is preferred.
• Candidate is patient-centric with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to people with mental health conditions.
• Learn about individuals' specific needs and provide help accordingly.
• Assist with medical and welfare needs.
• Report on medical and welfare needs as required.
• Safeguard and promote client safety.
