Qualifications

• Previous management experience within adult or paediatric community complex care is essential.
• Strong knowledge of community-based complex care.
• Experience managing operational teams and driving service delivery quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the complex care branch.
• Manage and develop Client Managers, Care Coordinators and administrative support.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, families and external professionals.
• Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
• Drive improvements in client experience and service quality.
• Monitor care hours, staffing and service performance.
• Support mobilisation and development of new care packages.
• Maintain strong governance and regulatory standards.
• Work closely with clinical and senior operational colleagues.
• Identify opportunities to grow adult and paediatric complex care services.
