We are recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead a well-established complex care operation in the Mid Wales area, within easy reach of Welshpool and Newtown. The service supports both adult and paediatric care packages and already delivers a significant volume of community-based care. This opportunity would suit a strong operational leader who understands complex care delivery, can build trusted relationships with clients and families, and has the confidence to lead a team while supporting sustainable service growth. Previous management experience within adult or paediatric community complex care is essential.
As Registered Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operational performance of the branch, ensuring safe, responsive and high-quality care is consistently delivered across existing packages. You will lead and develop the operational team, maintain strong relationships with clients and families, monitor service performance and work closely with clinical colleagues to maintain high standards of quality, compliance and governance. Alongside managing the existing service, you will also support the mobilisation of new packages and identify opportunities to develop the adult and paediatric complex care offering across the region.
