Job summary

Superior Healthcare offers a Female Senior Complex Carer role for night shifts across Deal, Dover, Folkestone, Ashford, and New Romney in the East Kent area. You will deliver high-quality, long-term care to clients with complex health needs and join a supportive team.

A full UK driving license and DBS checks are required; sponsorship is not provided. You will work with families on intensive care plans, providing interventions such as personal care, medications, tracheostomy and PEG feeding, and

Qualifications

• Experience with tracheostomy, PEG and ventilation care.
• Full UK driving license or access to own vehicle.
• 12 months UK care experience and full right to work.
• Willingness to work towards a level 3 NVQ qualification or similar.
• Confident, positive interpersonal skills with leadership abilities.

Female Senior Complex Carer!

Night Shift Senior £16.10 – £19.55

Work across our East-Kent Hub, covering areas including Deal, Dover, Folkestone, Ashford, and New Romney as a Senior Complex Carer!

Since 2006, we’ve supported families across the UK with specialist, at-home care for children, young people, and adults living with complex health needs. Now, we’re expanding and we’d love to welcome you to our compassionate and committed care community.

About the Role:

As a Senior Complex Carer you’ll have the opportunity to provide long-term support to individuals and and their families, working closely with all clients within the South Coastal Kent area.

• Location: Deal, Dover, Folkestone, Ashford, and New Romney and surrounding areas

• Shift Pattern: typically 3- 12 hour Day or Night shifts

• Client Focus: One client per shift

• Rota: Set rota with optional overtime or potential for a rolling rota of 3 shifts on and 3 shifts off

All new team members attend a week-long, fully funded classroom training program. covering standard to advanced skills like gastrostomy and tracheostomy care, preparing you confidently for your first shift.
