Job summary

Superior Healthcare are recruiting a Senior Complex Healthcare Assistant to work day shifts across multiple locations in West Kent including Maidstone, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Paddock Wood and West Malling. Flexibility to work across all West Kent clients is essential.

As a Senior healthcare assistant you will be clinically competent in tracheostomy, ventilation, PEG, and epilepsy medication, and confident working with a range of age groups.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal care.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Must be based in the UK; we do not offer VISA sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Show the client dignity and respect at all times.
• Follow care plans written by the Nurse Manager to ensure exceptional person-centred care.
• Work across all West Kent clients.
• Be an advocate for the client, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Closely observe and document client condition and progress.

Senior Complex Healthcare Assistant

Superior Healthcare are recruiting a SeniorComplex Healthcare Assistant to work day shifts across multiple locations in West Kent including Maidstone, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Paddock Wood and West Malling. Flexibility to work across all West Kent clients is essential. This is an annualised contract.

As a Senior healthcare assistant youwill be clinically competent in tracheostomy, ventilation, PEG, and epilepsy medication, and confident working with a range of age groups.

Superior Healthcare provides round-the-clock care packages to support people living with long-term health conditions to live in the comfort and safety of their own homes.

Shifts available

Shifts vary, typically 8am to 8pm on an annualised contract. (Day or Night shifts).

Healthcare Assistant Requirements:

• Previous care experience involving personal care.
• A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.

• To work across all West Kent clients.
• To be an advocate for the client, working in their best interest and in accordance with Superior Healthcare's policies and procedures.
• To closely observe and monitor the client and keep thorough documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year complex care experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Full Right to work in the UK.
