Job description

Position Summary:

The Total Rewards Analyst is responsible for providing analytical and administrative support for Ryan Specialty's compensation and benefits programs. The goal is to deliver total rewards packages that are competitive, meet employee needs, and support organizational objectives. This role offers expertise in benefits administration and compliance, ensuring that the company's benefit plans are competitive, cost-effective, and compliant with applicable regulations.

What will your job entail?

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Run reports and analyze benefits data supporting Workday and benefit vendor systems, including benefit audits.
  2. Support and contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of company-wide Total Rewards offerings.
  3. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Legal, HR Tech, and HRBPs to optimize HR capabilities and system accuracy.
  4. Partner with vendors and assist in updating intranet communications to enhance the perceived value of Total Rewards offerings.
  5. Conduct analyses and develop metrics to assess wellness initiatives' effectiveness, recommending improvements.
  6. Manage relationships with non-core total rewards vendors, monitoring performance, utilization, and invoicing.
  7. Participate in compensation surveys and benchmarking, analyzing role requirements to classify jobs accurately and gather relevant compensation data.
  8. Drive core processes such as compensation approvals, maintaining job architecture, and supporting year-end merit and bonus cycles.
  9. Oversee the annual Open Enrollment process and related communications.
  10. Compile, manipulate, and analyze extensive compensation data, including creating ad hoc reports in Workday.
Work Experience and Education:
  • Relevant experience in international compensation and benefits programs.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday.
  • Experience in benefits plan design, cost analysis, and benchmarking.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating creativity and judgment.
  • Experience handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, formulas, pivot tables) and MS PowerPoint.
