Job Description:

A global leading Food & Beverage organization is seeking an experienced Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist with expertise in Job Architecture, M&A harmonisation, and building salary ranges.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies that align with the organization’s new business objectives, both pre- and post-finalization of a transformational acquisition. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

This role is a FTC – 9-12 months and offers a highly flexible working from home environment.

Key tasks will include:
  • Support global grading, compensation, and benefits harmonization project across the combination of two companies across various workstreams.
  • Support the design and implementation of a new job architecture framework that supports the organizational design and career progression.
  • Develop and maintain new salary structures and pay ranges based on market data and internal equity considerations.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
  • Collaborate with HR partners, finance, and business leaders to provide guidance on compensation-related matters.
  • Analyze compensation trends and make recommendations for adjustments to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing and implementing total rewards strategies to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
Skills and experience required:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Compensation and Benefits Analyst, ideally with a focus on Mergers and Acquisitions, Job Architecture, and Salary Range Building.
  • Strong understanding of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and advanced Excel skills. Experience with HRIS systems like Workday and SuccessFactors, and compensation software, is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, CBP) are a plus.
