Develop, grow and nurture lasting partnerships with a diverse range of clients – from multinational firms to agile SMEs.
Lead on both new business development and ongoing account management, offering consultative recruitment solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Deliver a full 360 recruitment cycle, supported by our in-house sourcing experts.
Match talented professionals with exciting career opportunities in administration, finance, and wider commercial roles across the facilities and engineering sectors.
Leverage leading recruitment tech, tools, and CRM systems to streamline your work and stay ahead of the market.
Represent the PRS brand with energy, professionalism, and genuine industry insight.

What You Bring to the Role

Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the business support, admin, finance, commercial, facilities management or related sectors.
A proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for connecting people with opportunity.
Strong communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
