Job summary

JOBSTUDIO PTE. LTD. seeks a Programme/Operations Manager to lead community healthcare programmes from planning through evaluation. You will work with public hospitals, care partners and social service agencies to coordinate delivery and ensure smooth operations.

The role requires 3–5 years in community healthcare operations, strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint. You will manage budgets, vendors and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Healthcare/Public Health/Business or related studies.
3–5 years of working experience in community healthcare operations/programme management/population health.
Hands-on experience in programme implementation, project planning and process improvement.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with data analysis, reporting or dashboards.
Able to track KPIs, programme outcomes and operational performance.
Experience in budget tracking, procurement, vendor coordination or resource planning is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation of community healthcare programmes from planning to evaluation.
Coordinate with hospitals, care partners and social service agencies for delivery.
Translate objectives into operational plans, workflows and timelines.
Coordinate outreach, events and programme operations for smooth delivery.
Manage day-to-day programme needs including budgets, resources and logistics.
Track participation, service utilisation and KPIs to monitor progress and outcomes.
Gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve delivery and patient experience.
Support development of reports, dashboards and presentations for stakeholders.
