Job summary

JOBSTUDIO PTE. LTD. seeks an capable professional in Penarth to provide operational and administrative support for community health screening programmes.

You will coordinate participant registration, scheduling, and event assignments, and manage event logistics to ensure smooth execution of screening activities. You will handle enquiries from the public and external stakeholders, maintain databases, support follow-up appointments, and assist with outreach planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Public Health / Social Service or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

• Support staff rostering and event calendar coordination
• Prepare reports, documentation, and meeting support materials
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
