Job summary

JOBSTUDIO PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT/Data/Operations support professional to coordinate and implement healthcare IT projects across clinical and pharmacy operations. You will work with internal teams, partners and vendors to ensure delivery aligns with business processes.

The role involves data accuracy, reporting, dashboards, UAT, and user training to maximise system adoption and improve patient-centred workflows in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT, health informatics or related studies.
• Experience in healthcare IT, application support, business systems, digital projects, data or operations.
• Experience with project coordination, UAT, system implementation or process improvement.
• Proficient in Excel; reporting, dashboards, Power BI, automation or data tools advantageous.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytic skills, understanding technology and business workflows.
• Comfortable working with healthcare users, IT teams, vendors and stakeholders.
• Good communication and training skills with a service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, testing and implementation of IT, automation and digital projects in healthcare and pharmacy.
• Coordinate with internal teams, IT stakeholders, technology partners and vendors for smooth delivery.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of healthcare data, system records and databases.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports; assist dashboards and data visualisations.
• Conduct system testing, UAT and workflow validation to align tech with business processes.
• Provide first-line support for system issues and coordinate resolutions with IT teams or vendors.
• Identify recurring issues and support process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Develop user guides and training materials; support adoption of healthcare systems.
• Support management of IT assets, applications and system documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare and operational teams to maximise use of systems and improve workflows.
• Support other digital, technology and operational initiatives as required.
