Job summary

Great Places Housing Association are seeking a Housing & Enforcement Specialist to join the Housing & Enforcement team within Customer Services. You will handle complex ASB, tenancy enforcement, and housing policy matters, providing expert legal guidance and case support across multiple regional offices including Didsbury, Oldham, Sheffield and Blackpool.

• Excellent knowledge of housing law related to tenancy and enforcement.
• Ability to train and coach frontline teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and support for housing law matters and prepare/expedite legal cases to court.
• Support and collaborate with partners and frontline teams to resolve ASB and tenancy breaches.
• Undertake case reviews for complex ASB/tenancy cases and provide specialist advice.
• Case manage the most complex cases beyond neighbourhood teams, including legal work.
• Take forward legal processes when intervention is necessary and ensure compliance with policy.
• Facilitate learning across frontline teams and identify training needs.
• Maintain relationships with Great Places colleagues and external partners.
