Job summary

Tŷ Hafan Children's Hospice in Wales seeks a Senior Communications and Content Executive to join our friendly marketing team. You will craft compelling content for emails, web pages and our supporter magazine Cwtch, and lead internal communications to support the organisation’s objectives.

You’ll collaborate with the Communications and Content Manager to implement a content strategy, optimise campaigns and drive engagement across audiences, channels and partners.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to audiences.
• Proven experience improving email performance and supporter communications.
• Experience with Email Service Providers (e.g., Dot Digital) and building automated email journeys.

Responsibilities

• Create and curate content for emails, web pages and our supporter magazine Cwtch to engage audiences.
