Job summary

Ty Hafan is seeking a Senior Communications and Content Executive to join its Marketing team in Wales. You will craft engaging content for emails, web pages and the supporter magazine Cwtch while leading internal communications and supporting the overall communications strategy.

You will collaborate with the Communications and Content Manager, tailor messages to audiences, and use data to improve engagement and outcomes across channels.

Qualifications

• Significant experience creating and delivering high‑quality supporter emails through an Email Service Provider (e.g., Dot Digital) and building automated journeys.
• Experience producing emotive written communications across email, web, social, print and press.
• Experience guiding tone of voice and language guidelines for colleagues.
• Ability to develop creative content solutions and deliver high‑quality work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimise compelling content for emails, web content and our supporter magazine Cwtch.
• Lead delivery of internal communications and align with the Marketing & Comms strategy.
• Collaborate with the Communications and Content Manager and stakeholders to implement the content strategy.
• Analyse data, identify trends and translate insights into decisions and priorities.
