Job summary

Clayton Legal is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor just outside Preston to join a respected firm with a busy commercial property team. You will handle acquisitions, disposals, leasing and asset management while managing your own caseload and delivering exceptional client service.

The role offers a salary of £45k–£60k per year, 28 days' annual leave (plus bank holidays), on-site parking, a birthday half-day, and a clear progression path within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' PQE in Commercial Property
• Proven ability to manage a caseload independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, friendly environment

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of commercial property work including acquisitions, disposals, banking and finance, leasing, and asset management.
• Manage your own caseload with a high standard of client service in a busy firm.
