Job summary

Clayton Legal is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor just outside Preston to join a respected firm with a busy commercial property team. You will handle acquisitions, disposals, leasing and asset management while managing your own caseload and delivering exceptional client service.

The role offers a salary of £45k–£60k per year, 28 days' annual leave (plus bank holidays), on-site parking, a birthday half-day, and a clear progression path within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' PQE in Commercial Property
• Proven ability to manage a caseload independently

The Role:

Our client, a respected law firm based just outside of Preston, is seeking experienced Commercial Property Solicitors to join their growing team. With a well-established and supportive commercial property department, the firm offers exposure to a high-quality caseload spanning mid to high-end matters.

You’ll be handling a broad range of commercial property work including acquisitions, disposals, banking and finance, leasing, and asset management. The firm is looking for confident, self-motivated individuals who can manage their own caseloads while delivering an exceptional standard of client service.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years' PQE in Commercial Property (applications from those with slightly less experience will be considered)
• Proven ability to manage a caseload independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, friendly environment
