William James Recruitment is partnering with a Legal 500 firm to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor / Associate. The role offers a salary up to £65,000 plus benefits and a bonus, with hybrid and flexible working arrangements.

In this position you will manage a varied caseload, advise on leases, acquisitions and lending, and develop client relationships within a high-quality real estate practice.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor status with 2-4 years' PQE in Commercial Property
• Strong experience handling a broad range of commercial real estate matters
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and technical legal skills
• The ability to manage matters independently while working effectively within a team
• Strong commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to client service

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters
• Advise landlords and tenants on lease negotiations, renewals and property management issues
• Assist clients with acquisitions, disposals and portfolio management transactions
• Support property development projects from site acquisition through to completion
• Advise lenders and borrowers on secured lending transactions
• Act for a broad range of clients, including corporate businesses, charities, educational institutions, public sector organisations, hospitality businesses and financial institutions
• Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial property documentation
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service delivery
• Work closely with colleagues across the wider firm on multi-disciplinary matters

A highly regarded Legal 500 law firm is seeking a talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join its established Real Estate team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor looking to join a respected full-service practice with a longstanding reputation for delivering high-quality legal advice to businesses, investors, institutions and private clients.
