Job summary

Eventus Legal in Leeds is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a growing firm. This full-time, permanent role offers up to £65,000 DOE, with private healthcare, 25 days' leave and other benefits. The successful candidate will handle a broad workload with autonomy and potential for leadership growth.

You will work on varied matters, advise on leases and property transactions, and contribute to business development while developing the team in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

5-6 years PQE in commercial property or more.
Broad commercial property experience across matters.
Ability to work autonomously within a team.
Strong client care and fee-target focus.
Proclaim case management experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

Manage a broad commercial property caseload from instruction to completion.
Advise on leases, renewals, subleases and surrenders.
Handle purchases and sales of commercial property incl. mixed-use sites.
Draft, review and negotiate property documents for clients.
Develop relationships with commercial clients and contribute to BD.
