Thrive-Group is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with 2–5 years PQE to join its established team. You will handle commercial property acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and development work, while building strong client relationships.

What you will you be doing :

• You’ll handle a varied caseload for both commercial and private clients including:
• Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and Tenant matters
• Property development work
• Building lasting relationships with clients and delivering a consistently high standard of service

What you will need to succeed :

• A qualified Solicitor with 2–5 years’ PQE
• Proven track record in Commercial Property
