Clayton Legal is working with a well-established North East law firm seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team on a hybrid basis. You will manage your own caseload and advise a diverse client base of businesses, developers, landlords and investors.

You'll gain exposure to acquisitions, leases, refinancings and development transactions, with clear opportunities for career progression within a supportive, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Solicitors or equivalent with experience in commercial property.
• 2 years PQE or equivalent experience.
• Broad range of commercial property transactions with client-facing duties.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of commercial property matters.
• Advise a diverse client base including businesses, developers, landlords and investors.
• Work on acquisitions/disposals, leases, refinancing, development and investment transactions.
• Provide ongoing client advisory support and build strong relationships.

I'm currently working with a highly regarded, well-established law firm in the North East that is looking to strengthen its Commercial Property team with the appointment of an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor.

The Opportunity

You'll manage your own caseload of Commercial Property matters, acting for a diverse client base that includes businesses, developers, investors and landlords. The role offers exposure to a broad range of transactions and the opportunity to work alongside experienced property professionals within a collaborative team.

Your caseload is likely to include:

• Commercial acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Commercial leases
• Property refinancing
• Development and investment transactions
• Business sales and acquisitions involving commercial property
• Ongoing client advisory work

About You

Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, experienced Commercial Property Fee Earners with a proven track record of managing their own caseload.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Around 2 years' PQE or equivalent experience
• Experience handling a broad range of Commercial Property transactions
• Excellent client care and relationship-building skills
• A proactive and commercially minded approach
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
