Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage a team of technical specialists to provide cost and commercial management services.
• Manage financial performance of cost and commercial projects across their life cycle to meet budget targets.
• Lead the commercial aspects of projects, supporting delivery within contract specifications.
• Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with contracts and organisational policies.
• Develop processes and implement improvements to cost and commercial management systems.
• Manage relationships with key customers and stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive satisfaction.
