Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Associate Cost Manager to join our Places Cost Management team in London. You will lead delivery of complex cost management commissions, advise on procurement, risk and commercial strategy, and mentor a growing team across major development and infrastructure programmes.

You will engage senior stakeholders, manage client relationships and contribute to the growth of the Places portfolio with high-quality, commercially focused guidance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management or related built environment.
• MRICS or equivalent accreditation.
• Significant consultancy experience in cost management within built environment.
• Proven leadership of large programmes and client relationships.
• Strong procurement, risk and commercial strategy knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex cost management commissions.
• Provide strategic cost, commercial and procurement advice from business case to completion.
• Oversee cost planning, benchmarking, estimating and final accounts.
• Provide commercial leadership on major projects with senior stakeholders.
• Drive high-quality, commercially focused client advice and growth.

Education

MRICS or equivalent accreditation
