Job summary

VolkerFitzpatrick, part of VolkerWessels UK, is seeking a Commercial Manager for the Southern Renewals Enterprise across Buildings Portfolio. You will lead commercial strategy, oversee contract performance and drive robust governance with stakeholders across rail projects.

The role requires senior commercial leadership in rail or infrastructure, with proven ability to manage risk, forecast commercial outcomes and develop high performing teams in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior commercial role within rail, infrastructure, construction or related sector.
• Experience within a Framework/Portfolio environment would be advantageous.
• Strong commercial and contractual management expertise.
• Experience leading and developing commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial leadership across the Buildings Portfolio.
• Ensure projects are commercially robust and risks are managed.
• Maximise commercial opportunities across programmes.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, supply chain partners and project teams.
