Job summary

VolkerFitzpatrick in the Southern Renewals Enterprise (SRE) is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead commercial activities across the Buildings Portfolio for rail infrastructure projects.

You will manage contracts, risks and opportunities, guiding cross-functional teams and maintaining strong client and supply chain relationships. Based in one of the Southern offices with regular attendance at meetings in Blackfriars.

Qualifications

• Senior commercial experience in rail, infrastructure or construction.
• Experience leading commercial teams.
• Strong forecasting, risk and change management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial leadership across the Buildings Portfolio.
• Ensure projects are commercially robust with effective risk management.
• Maximise opportunities and manage contracts with clients and supply chain partners.
