VolkerFitzpatrick is seeking a commercially astute leader to join the Southern Renewals Enterprise as Commercial Manager. You will provide commercial leadership across the Buildings Portfolio, ensuring projects are commercially robust and risks are managed while opportunities are maximised.

This role involves collaboration with clients, supply chain partners and project teams to drive value. Based in the Southern region, the role offers a gateway to lead commercial teams, influence contracting

Qualifications

• Senior commercial leadership experience in rail, infrastructure or construction.
• Experience in a Framework/Portfolio environment is advantageous.
• Strong cashflow, forecasting, risk and change management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across clients, supply chain and project teams.
