On the hunt for a Senior Commercial Manager (Tesco) to join their booming commercial team. If you’re passionate about food, sales, and delivering exceptional results, I’d love to hear from you!

The Role

As a Senior Commercial Manager you’ll own the commercial relationship with Tesco, developing strategic plans to drive growth. Reporting to the Head of Grocery, you’ll also manage a National Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Management: P&L ownership, driving sales and growth – Tesco
• Customer Knowhow: Understand and align with Tesco’s strategy to unlock opportunities.
• Negotiation & Planning: Lead annual agreements and Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
• Cross-Functional: Work closely with Marketing, Innovation and Operations teams.
• Leadership: Manage a National Account Executive - Grocery

• FMCG experience within UK Grocery (TESCO experience ESSENTIAL).
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L and JBP accountability.
• Food brand / manufacturer background desirable
• Excellent negotiation, influencing, and analytical skills.
• Passion for food and results-driven mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
