Job Description

What a Senior Manager of VAS Europe Sales and Commercial Operations does at Visa:

The Senior Manager of VAS Europe Sales and Commercial Operations will lead the implementation of effective sales and commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our business across the region. The role involves developing and executing transformation projects to enhance our Sales and Commercial Operations processes, working closely with regional Value-Added Services (VAS) and other functional leaders to implement systems and procedures.

Responsibilities
  1. Support pipeline reviews, updates, and VAS monthly outlooks.
  2. Assist with quarterly and annual revenue and pipeline forecasting, collaborating with Sales Leadership and Finance.
  3. Support Multi-Year Strategic Outlook (MSO).
  4. Assist in quota setting and align plans with the compensation team, addressing queries.
  5. Partner with Sales Operations Support to streamline operations and increase process efficiency.
  6. Prepare for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) and Monthly Business Reviews (MBR).
  7. Track and report on Signed Not Live and Deal Performance, driving revenue acceleration.
  8. Support collection efforts to improve cash flow.
  9. Participate in sales planning and territory management.
  10. Oversee AANR governance and ensure adherence to processes and policies.
  11. Engage in ad-hoc projects and revenue analysis initiatives.

This role supports Visa's USD 8Bn+ Value Added Services (VAS) revenue portfolio and is part of a high-impact sales & commercial operations team dedicated to growth.

Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of experience, including financial management and strategic sales operations in high-growth B2B environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder relationship management in complex organizations.
  • Results-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple urgent tasks amid ambiguity.
  • Proficiency in CRM (MSFT Dynamics), MS Office, and Tableau.
  • Understanding of the electronic payments industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Interest in global financial systems, FinTech, and business models.
