We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Manager to join a thriving commercial team within a growing infrastructure delivery business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contractor or consultancy environments-preferably within the UK transport infrastructure sector-and a deep understanding of public procurement processes. You will play a key role in ensuring commercially sound project delivery, balancing risk and reward while supporting long-term programme goals.
Role Summary:
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, the successful applicant will take ownership of commercial strategy and performance across a number of high-value infrastructure projects. You'll be part of a dedicated team working on frameworks and alliances across a wide range of complex delivery environments.
This position offers the chance to shape and influence a dynamic programme of works with project values typically ranging from £15 million to £100 million. The role includes involvement in frameworks across England and Northern Ireland, delivering critical upgrades and systems renewals.

About the Division:
Operating as a self-contained business unit within a larger organisation, the infrastructure systems team delivers full design and build services, primarily across railway systems. This includes the full project lifecycle from concept through to testing and commissioning, with a strong emphasis on acting as Principal Contractor on major UK programmes.
