Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director to lead complex infrastructure programmes from our London base, collaborating with client teams across the South-East. You’ll oversee multi‑discipline delivery, mentor junior staff and ensure high standards of safety, governance and performance.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing multiple disciplines and teams on infrastructure programmes.
• Proven ability to set strategy, lead health, safety and wellbeing across projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills with diverse clients.
• Ability to mentor, coach and develop teams and leadership capability.
• Experience working with public and private sector clients, across sectors.
• Knowledge of sustainability applications to infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and advisers across infrastructure lifecycles.
• Set strategy, monitor performance and drive delivery against client expectations.
• Champion health, safety and CDM across projects.
• Develop strong client relationships and act as trusted advisor.
