Turner & Townsend is recruiting an Associate Director level Senior Cost Manager / Commercial Manager to lead a high profile Birmingham infrastructure project. The role requires extensive cost management, procurement, post-contract administration and leadership across major programmes, including renewables and other infrastructure sectors.

The candidate will act as the primary client interface, deliver value-added cost management, and drive improvements in procedures and cross-selling

Qualifications

• Proven cost and commercial management experience.
• NEC3 contracts experience, especially Option C.
• Post-contract administration experience.
• Experience leading and managing teams on major infrastructure programmes.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end cost management commissions.
• Act as day-to-day client interface and ensure objectives met.
• Manage estimating, cost planning and final cost plans.
• Oversee procurement from pre-qualification to contract.
• Manage post-contract cost variances and change control.
• Produce monthly post-contract cost reports for the client.
• Lead cost management team and develop new business opportunities.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and support bid submissions.
• Staff management and knowledge management.
