Job summary

Ganymede Solutions, a leading Civil Engineering contractor, seeks an experienced Commercial Manager to lead commercial delivery on a major water infrastructure framework in the South East. You will oversee NEC-based contracts, drive financial performance and governance across a portfolio of projects, and supervise a team of Quantity Surveyors and commercial professionals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Significant experience delivering major infrastructure projects.
• Strong NEC contract knowledge.
• Proven track record leading commercial teams.
• Excellent reporting, forecasting and financial management.
• Chartered status desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial strategy across a portfolio of major infrastructure projects.
• Develop and mentor regional commercial teams.
• Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, CVRs and performance.
• Provide commercial governance and risk management.
• Support framework growth and client relationships.
• Collaborate with operations and stakeholders to maximise outcomes.
